About the Project - T2D The Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, comprising of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia has successfully secured the contract to deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide. We are excited to have the opportunity to work with the Australian and South Australian governments to deliver this city shaping project that will provide safe and efficient journeys for motorists, pedestrians, and cyclists, connect open spaces and recreational facilities, and unlock economic opportunities and growth for South Australia. The project scope is concentrated on a 10.5km motorway, including more than 4kms of twin three lane tunnels, road and bridge construction and complex M&E installations. About the Role As the Earned Value Project Controls Manager on the T2D Alliance, your key responsibility will be to promote and develop a strong Earned-Value Management culture and support the project delivery on time and on budget. With the support of the cost control team, you will be responsible for establishing and embedding robust processes to capture and report key performance data such as costs, progress quantities, and programmes and schedules. What you will do: Manage EV data such as Cost, progress quantities, and programme/schedule to ensure integration with the baseline and construction programmes. Drive consistency and alignment between program, quantities and forecast. Manage the Earned Value reporting system across the project for both internal management purposes and client reporting. Produce comprehensive Earned Value reporting with the support of the Cost Control team, prioritising information that drives project outcomes. Champion data integrity from the project team and ensure consistency in how performance monitoring is managed across the project. Interface and proactively participate with various internal and external stakeholders and become the key point of reference for Earned Value enquiries. What we are looking for: As the T2D Alliance Project Earned Value Manager you will be an accomplished Project Controls specialist coupled with: Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction, Commerce or similar. Demonstrated experience in a similar role focusing on Earned Value principles. Significant experience working in major projects in construction or similar industries. Proficiency with planning in P6 (or similar), financial systems, or specific Earned Value monitoring software. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
