About the role:
The Origin Energy Foundation is the heart of Origin’s commitment to driving positive change. As our philanthropic arm, the Foundation supports communities through structured giving, volunteering programs, and impactful partnerships. By engaging Origin employees in these initiatives, we create meaningful opportunities that benefit both the community and our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Give Time volunteering program, designing STEM-focused and team-building activities to inspire students and engage employees.
Manage the Give2 Matched Giving Program, encouraging and amplifying employee contributions to causes they care about.
Manage the Foundation’s Give Time and Give2 software platforms and use data driven insights to maximise program participation and efficiencies
Manage contractual arrangements with third-party provider to ensure value for money and compliance with Origin's Privacy Policy.
Be at the forefront of creating real impact, combining innovation with community engagement.
About You
We’re seeking a passionate individual to lead impactful community programs and partnerships. Key requirements:
Experience in the non-profit or community sector, with a proven ability to champion programs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams and networks.
Flexible, organized, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and solve problems autonomously.
Creative thinker who can identify and drive opportunities for program growth.
Willingness to travel interstate and regionally, with a current Working With Children check.
(Desirable) Understanding of STEM education and relevant curriculum or policy.
