Deliver critical mental health support, including assessment, treatment, and consultations for individuals experiencing challenges like depression and anxiety. Collaborating closely with GPs and other health professionals, this role focuses on providing short- to medium-term care while championing Recovery-Oriented and trauma-informed practices. If you're ready to make a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you!What You'll Do:Deliver comprehensive mental health care in Camperdown.Collaborate closely with primary care providers, particularly GPs, to ensure coordinated care.Provide primary and secondary consultations for consumers and their GPs.Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and offer short- to medium-term care interventions.Position Overview:Part-Time Permanent Role: 48 hours per fortnight.Camperdown CampusWhat You Bring:We're looking for a mental health professional with:Strong clinical skills and experience in mental health services.Knowledge of contemporary mental health practices and trends.Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.Qualifications:This role is open to candidates with the following qualifications:Registered Psychiatric Nurse: AHPRA registration with a minimum of 2 years' experience in mental health services (Desirable).
