Lead a team of Change Managers, Specialists, and Release Managers to deliver Change governance and quality across Optus Enterprise.Drive Team development and engagement, you will lead and participate in Continual Service Improvement Initiatives.Lead and participate in Change Management process and ITSM tool integrations.Develop actions to rectify and improve service performance levels for internal and external customer teams.Attend regular Governance forums across accountable capabilities with vendors and internal stakeholders including Customer and Optus Change Advisory Boards.Provide effective management of ITIL based Change Management processes to ensure successful delivery of services and initiate solutions to improve quality and efficiency.Provide operational governance and risk reporting in line with the adopted ITSM/ITIL V4 framework and ISO20k and 27 K Certifications.Manage the delivery of Change training to drive improvement recommendations against ITSM/ITIL framework and standard process.It starts with you! Australian Citizenship is essential for security clearance purposes (sorry, no Visa's or PR) Advanced experience in Change management, client management and leading teams.Excellent time management and organizational skills - ability to plan and lead self and others to achieve an overall objective without detailed direction, applying own judgement where necessary.Strong vendor and stakeholder management experience and a decision maker with both a people and operational focus.Confidence to proactively address lack of performance by vendors and effectively lead escalation processes.Excellent analytical and reporting abilities with excellent attention to detail.ITIL V4 certification or equivalent experience in Change Management.ITSM system and process integrations.The good stuff ... 3 days in the office, 2 days remote – with flexible hours to suit!
