Role: Assistant Director

Employment Type: Full-Time (12mth Mat leave coverage with extension possible)
Pay: $38.12 - $59.13

As the Assistant Director at Goodstart New Lambton, you will have the unique opportunity to take your career to the next level, sharpen your leadership skills, and contribute to building a thriving business. In this role, you will:
1. Support the Centre Director in leading the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
2. Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
3. Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
4. Utilize and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide
