Passionate Learning Support professionals are invited to apply for the position of Junior School Teacher’s Aide. This is a part-time position commencing in 2025. The role works Monday-Friday, 8am-1pm.

The successful applicant will be able to:
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff to care, supervise and support students.
* Work independently with small groups of children to assist and maximise their learning.
* Display patience and compassion when supporting students and working with parents.
* Exhibit an appreciation of how to support children with various needs.
* Show initiative, perceive the needs of individual children and take realistic steps to help meet those needs.
* Assist children to learn and develop social, fine motor and gross motor skills.
* Engage warmly and constructively with students and parents.
* Work collaboratively and productively with their colleagues across the wider Junior School community.
* Show a commitment to improvement and professional development.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
* Formal qualifications directly relevant to the position would be an advantage.
* Experience using MultiLit and MacqLit preferred.
* Experience using JEMM or JEMM+ mathematics programs.
