About the role Lead the development, delivery and evolution of Humanitech’s virtual innovation curriculum with technology startups Drive integration and evolution of Humanitech’s principles and approaches, including exploring a Humanitech certification process. Lead the design and oversight of Humanitech events and represent Humanitech at external events, such as conferences, workshops and working groups. Provide high-level advice to internal and external stakeholders on insights emerging from strategic project activities. Lead Humanitech’s recruitment and supervision of graduate and HDR students, skilled research and communications volunteers and interns Support MarComms to translate Humanitech insights and evidence into brand positioning and storytelling. What you bring Substantial experience in strategic planning, research, impact measurement, and design. Strong understanding of and experience in program/project management, particularly managing multiple projects across a variety of stakeholders, including demonstrated skills in program/project planning, monitoring & evaluation, and agile and human-centred approaches. Experience translating and communicating complex ideas and findings to diverse audiences across platforms, including through written communications, data visualisation, and multimedia formats. Significant experience working in contexts of vulnerability, with a passion for centering lived experience in program and product design. Demonstrated experience in applying technology innovation to humanitarian programs, services and systems.
