In this professional team and with an existing claims team in place, our client is growing and are seeking other like-minded Property Claims professionals to join the team.
As a Property Claims Consultant, you will be:
o Assessing and validating Property claims by gathering necessary documentation and conducting investigations
o Liaising with brokers to facilitate claim resolutions
o Keeping the brokers informed and managing expectations throughout the claims process
o Ensuring compliance with policy terms, industry regulations, and company standards
o Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency

Ideally you will have:
o Proven experience working within Property Claims
o A strong understanding of insurance principles, policies, and regulations
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
o The ability to analyse data, assess risks, and provide effective solutions
o Proficiency in industry-specific software and Microsoft Office Suite
