Role This role plays a key part in the administrative duties within the Houses, communication with parents and students, and supports the operations of the House. The role reports to the Assistant Principal - House Leader. Responsibilities Assisting the House Leadership Team with administrative tasks Attending to student enquiries within the House Administering late passes to students arriving late and early leave passes to students wishing to leave early Entering late and early leave data through the school's computer system (Compass) Preparation of reports through Compass that summarise students absent that day Monitoring and reporting on patterns of lateness and absences by students and advising the House Leadership Team using the House Attendance Tracking Tool Notifying parents by phone of student absences each day and entering the data on Compass Maintaining student house records and data Overseeing the work of the student administration assistants each day Supporting the monitoring of house maintenance and cleanliness Supporting the administration of course enrolment processes Duties as outlined by the Principal Who May Apply Individuals with the aptitude, experience and/or qualifications to fulfill the specific requirements of the position.
