About the Role
Due to continued growth, SEE Group is looking for Site and Project Engineers to join our Urban Development team on a range of subdivision projects. We have opportunities across various regions including Logan, Ipswich, and Moreton Bay region.
You will be responsible for:
1. Providing advice in the planning, coordination, and supervision of technical aspects of our construction projects
2. Conducting quality assurance, project administration, financial reporting
3. Ensuring health and safety and meeting project deadlines
4. Establishing a professional work environment that fosters a positive atmosphere
5. Promoting proactive and effective communication and facilitating problem solving
Essential Skills and Attributes
1. Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
2. Background in Engineering, Construction, and Delivery processes and experience in actual project delivery
3. Proven management skills, practices, and planning ability
4. Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities
5. Highly effective skills in negotiating, evaluating, and administering contracts, specifications, and Australian standards
6. Computer literacy, particularly experience working with MS Excel and MS Project applications
7. Highly effective planning, organising, and problem-solving skills along with the ability to lead, motivate, and influence others
8. High attention to detail
