Key Duties Mange all day-to-day office operations and work with the admin and broker support teams to maintain an efficient and productive office environment Be responsible and have accountability for all operational metrics which include: Debtor Management Branch compliance and quality assurance Drive and influence client service and engagement standards Client retention – working with brokers and managing Branch retention strategy Working with Branch Manager on expense budget Leave management (annual, personal and long service leave) for Branch staff Analyse and monitor sales and operational results within the Branch, initiate action to achieve performance targets and address any business issues in conjunction with the Head of Select Regularly involved in monthly sales dashboard and forecast reporting Assist Head of Select in delivering on change initiatives to benefit the Branch Ensure all Broking staff are maximising fee and commission income and ensure suitable exception processes are agreed and in place In conjunction with the Head of Select, own staff engagement within the Branch and reinforce initiatives that create a positive working culture Maintain good relationships, interactions and share initiatives with fellow Operations' colleagues Uphold The Gallagher Way Key to this role is strong interpersonal skills, and the commitment to deliver a positive experience for all clients.
