In this Role: Master Web Platforms: Oversee and maintain our nopCommerce, SharePoint, and Next.js applications, ensuring they run seamlessly. Server Guru: Administer both Linux and Windows servers in collaboration with our infrastructure team to ensure platform stability. API Integration Pro: Manage and implement data integration across various systems, ensuring smooth data flow. Security Champion: Uphold the highest security standards using technologies like TLS/SSL, WAF, and CDN to protect our platforms. Customer Support Hero: Provide technical support for customer onboarding, ensuring smooth integrations and a positive user experience. Innovator: Drive platform enhancements, user experience improvements, and technological upgrades. Documentation Expert: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including onboarding guides and knowledge base articles. SharePoint Specialist: Manage and develop our SharePoint Intranet portal, ensuring it meets business needs and user expectations. You're Likely a Match If: You have proven experience with nopCommerce, SharePoint, and Next.js. You have a solid understanding of PHP, Python, and administration of IIS and Nginx servers. You bring knowledge in Linux and Windows server environments for web hosting. You're well-versed in API integrations, as well as TLS/SSL, WAF, and CDN security technologies. You've managed SQL databases (MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). You thrive in a global team environment, working across different time zones and providing technical support when needed. Experience with payment gateways, POS systems, and e-commerce platform integration. Familiarity with large-scale CMS platforms (Sitecore, Joomla, Drupal). Experience with cloud hosting (Azure, AWS, GCP). Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS). Experience managing complex IT infrastructures.
