Our client work with businesses in all industries arranging business loans, and low-cost finance for trucks, trailers, heavy machinery, commercial equipment, and business vehicles. Due to demand from their longstanding & impressive book of clients, they are now looking for a lead Insurance Account Manager to set up the Insurance Authorised Representative arm of the business. This is not a HOT book of clients ready to go!
An exceptional Senior Account Manager role
Your New Role
* Manage your own book of client values around $350k (IN YEAR 1!) and provide exceptional service to new & existing clients
* Support the CEO with set up of the AR with through a national AR network
* Negotiations and Account Management of key clients
* Leverage off existing warm relationships
* Work closely with rest of the business to ensure maximised productivity and profits
We are looking for someone with
* Exceptional networking and people skills – You must be able to ‘walk in your client’s shoes’ to be able to provide them with the exceptional service they require
* Knowledge Insurance software and claims processes
* You MUST be Tier 1 accredited with a exceptional NSW underwriting network
* Effective communication, negotiation and influencing skills
* Passionate about insurance
* Being a close-knit team, you must be willing work collaboratively to achieve success
* Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
