Job Title: Manager, Business Systems
The Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN) is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of business systems in pharmacy services. As the Manager, Business Systems, you will provide strategic leadership and subject matter expertise to enhance pharmacy practice across SALHN.
About the Role:
* Develop and implement corporate plans, strategies, and specialist services that enhance pharmacy practice
* Advance service configuration, infrastructure, and contemporary practices, including pharmacy automation and electronic medication management systems
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to guide workforce, financial, and capital changes
* Deliver orientation, education, and training to foster a skilled and innovative workforce
About You:
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills
* Proven experience in clinical or non-clinical pharmacy services, policy development, process improvement, and managing complex projects
* Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and lead teams effectively
