Essential Qualifications
* Certificate III in Aged Care, Community or Disability Services;
* Australian National Police check;
* First aid and CPR certificate;
* Smart mobile phone;
* Driver's licence and a reliable vehicle.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
This role will report to the Care Manager and an ideal candidate will have:
* Ability to provide personal and domestic care;
* Passion for empowering and caring for others in a community setting;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills;
* Capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team;
* Excellent time management and organisational skills;
* Williness to participate in ongoing education and training opportunities.
