The opportunity The Beca ICT team plays a critical role in delivering technology solutions and support services to the Beca business. The team works collaboratively across our global centers in the planning and delivery of an IT support network that maintains a progressive and technologically agile culture. As our business grows, we have an opportunity for a resilient and customer focused Graduate Helpdesk Support to provide IT Support in our Melbourne office. Reporting to the Helpdesk Manager based in Auckland. You will be primarily responsible for resolving user requests via the phone. This is a busy ICT support role that covers a wide spectrum and training will be provided for the successful candidate. Key role elements will include: Providing 1st and 2nd level support for user requests and promptly resolve various software and hardware issues Being familiar with Office 365, Windows server, active directory, SCCM, security, file and directory permissions, adding/deleting users, etc. Working with senior staff to perform administrative and maintenance tasks for the corporation’s network/domain Providing effective and efficient Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) support to all Beca users. About you This position will liaise with and support a diverse business with a large range of differing requirements so your ability to communicate to a large audience and anticipate needs will be very important.
