Key Responsibilities for the Role Develop and implement project strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for all stakeholders. Ensure strict compliance with WHS legislation and company safety standards across all project phases. Oversee the preparation of design briefs, development approvals, and make recommendations on key appointments. Maintain and manage budgets, cash flow, and programmes to ensure seamless project delivery. Manage consultants and contractors during the design, documentation, construction, and title registration phases. Liaise with government agencies to facilitate timely approvals and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Manager to create effective sales and marketing strategies. Prepare comprehensive progress reports for senior management and joint venture partners. Lead consultants and contractors through all phases of the project: design, documentation, construction, and registration. Skills & Experience Tertiary qualification in Engineering. Strong experience in project and financial management within property development. Background in sustainability, technology integration, infrastructure, and mixed-use environments. Outstanding time management, planning, and commercial acumen. Proven leadership abilities with a track record of building robust relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
