You'll be responsible for
1. Leading efforts to maintain cost control strategies and practices, focusing on reducing assessing costs, claims leakage, and expenses per claim.
2. Playing a pivotal role in securingpetitive repair costs and delivering exceptional customer service from assessors, repairers, and service providers.
3. Providing leadership, direction, and support to team members to achieve high performance and customer service standards.
4. Developing and implementing strategies to reduce preventable leakage and manage costs effectively.
5. Ensuringpliance with industry legislation and standards, and lead the consistent application of national policies, procedures, and work practices.
About you
6. Relevant trade qualification and extensive experience post-apprenticeship in a related profession, or significant experience as an insurance assessor - desirable, not essential.
7. Proven experience in managing remote teams, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and handlepeting resources and demands.
8. Skilled in navigatingplex situations, offering pragmaticmercial solutions to meet stakeholder expectations.
9. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with excellentmunication skills, capable of leading, coaching, and influencing with clarity and impact.
