This is a full-time, fixed-term contract until mid March (with the possibility of extension), based at our Coolbinia Head Office.
As a Financial Analyst you will:
* Support the General Manager of Business Analytics to develop financial models, assess new business viability, and conduct pricing analysis
* Collaborate with the Business Analysis Team (BAT) to coordinate the annual budget, mid-year review forecast and periodic rolling forecasts
* Develop ad-hoc financial models that forecast business outcomes and margins
* Measure financial risk associated with investment decisions
* Create predictive models to guide organisational decision-making.
* Ensure data accuracy and timeliness for Sector Benchmarking submissions
* Analyse processes to identify gaps that can improve organisational productivity

About You
What we’ll need to help kick-start your journey with us:
* Relevant tertiary qualification in commerce, finance or economics
* Membership of a relevant professional body (CPA, CA or CIMA) preferred
* Strong analytical skills, with expertise in financial and business modelling, and advanced proficiency in Excel.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across a large, complex organisation, while working autonomously to meet strict deadlines
* Current National Police Clearance no older than 6 months, Current Driver’s Licence, NDIS Workers Orientation Module, NDIS Worker Screening check and COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
