About You
We are seeking an individual with experience in hospitality or accommodation management who possesses strong leadership and people management skills.
Advanced computer skills, specifically with RMS or similar reservations systems, are also essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as sound financial management abilities.
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences is necessary, along with flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and after-hours shifts.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading day-to-day operations of the property, including attending to after-hours call-outs
* Providing an exceptional guest experience
* Leading and supporting the team, fostering a positive work environment
* Managing budgets and financial performance
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
* Building positive relationships with guests, local communities, and stakeholders

Additionally, a valid Working with Children's Check specific to the state is required.
This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.
