Key Responsibilities IncludeLead a small team within the Project Management Office (PMO) to support the deliveryOversee the governance and assurance functions across the project portfolioOversee project delivery governance groups, plus review and socialise portfolio reportsDrive continuous improvement within the PMO and ensure industry best practices are leveragedOversee contracting, procurement, onboarding and allocation of project resourcesReview project artefact submissions to the PMOEnsure all projects within the project portfolio are adhering to the project management frameworkWorking with the Program and Project Managers, identify and manage key dependencies, risks and issues between projects within the portfolioWorking with the Portfolio and Program Managers to ensure project deliverables and scope are articulatedOrganise and lead meetings as required.Actively engage with all stakeholders during project delivery and communicate effectively on portfolio progress.About ArazaOur organisation works with Australia's largest enterprise and government clients providing project and program teams and resources to ensure success.

About YouLeadership: Experience leading a small team within a Project Management Office (PMO)
Governance and Reporting: Experience overseeing project delivery governance groups, and reviewing and socialising Portfolio reports
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Experience actively engaging with all stakeholders during project delivery and communicating effectively on Portfolio progress
