The Role
Our Café/Kiosk Attendants need to have the highest level of customer service skills.
The primary responsibility of our Café/Kiosk Attendants is to deliver first class services to our patrons ensuring it’s in line with our Mission, Vision and Values.
Key areas of responsibility include:
1. Provide excellent customer service to all customers
2. Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café
3. Replenished condiments as needed
4. Follow health and safety guidelines
5. Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash
6. Apply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
7. Promote the centres services and programs to our patrons
8. Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons
9. Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options
10. Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Hours may increase during the centre's peak periods
Skills & Attributes:
11. Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style
12. Coffee making/ barista skills
13. Food handling Certificate
14. Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2).
15. Current CPR Certificate.
16. Current Food Handlers Qualification
17. Police Check
18. Working with Children Check
19. Ability to be flexible during the centre's peak periods
20. Availability Saturdays and Sundays
