Qualifications & experience Proficient technology skills with strong attention to detail & accuracy A fast learner, conscientious with a strong work ethic Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Exceptional customer service and communication skills with a personable approach Self-motivated and task driven Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills Ability to work independently, unsupervised and as part of a team Be punctual, reliable, adaptable & flexible Honesty, integrity and a desire to succeed Drivers Licence and a police clearance Tasks & responsibilities Submit claims for all warranty work Manage prior approvals with manufacturers Control warranty part replacement Assist new vehicle manager with new vehicle stock control Preparation of deliveries Locating stock and conducting dealer swaps Data maintenance for the Sales Department across multiple computer platforms Raising purchase orders and repair orders Deal costings and Vehicle Licensing Friendly working environment with full management support With expansion on the horizon, opportunities exist within the business for training and career growth for those who wish to take the opportunity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
