Responsibilities
1. Cost planning and feasibility studies
2. Post contract services including progress claims and variations assessments
3. Preparation of tax depreciation schedules
Skills & Experience
1. Well established in the Gold Coast Region
2. Able to work independently and as part of a cohesive team
3. Strong Bank/Financial Reporting experience
4. Completion of AIQS/RICS full membership
5. Proficient in CostX or Cubit
6. Ability to develop strong professional client relationships
7. Technically strong cost planning, cost management, and reporting skills
8. Proven technical abilities and a willingness to adopt industry-specific technology
9. Assist in the regional expansion of a well-established business
