Job Purpose: The purpose of this role is to generate qualified sales opportunities and leads to hand over to Sales representatives for follow up.Responsibilities: Sales Prospecting/Lead Generation:• Actively seek out potential customers and engage with them through cold calling, email, or networking to build relationships and qualify them for the sales pipeline.• Help generate, qualify, and capture leads in the database.• Ensure the database of leads and prospects is accurate and up to date.• Assist in updating the marketing/sales funnel and pipeline.• Keep the sales pipeline relevant by tracking opportunities and updating information as needed.• Support the completion of expressions of interest (EOIs), track tender opportunities, and monitor third-party vendor platforms for potential opportunities.• Conduct market research to gather information on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.Marketing Support:• If required, assist with marketing activities such as copywriting, graphic design, and content creation to support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional outlets.• Ensure all marketing materials and communications comply with brand guidelines.KPIs: • Lead Generation/Sales Prospecting• Add and assign 20 new leads to BDMs each week• Achieve 35 call points per day as per Sitemax call points systemSitemax Values: We work with some of Australia's leading construction and development companies to deliver superior scaffold containment and construction site signage solutions.At Sitemax we value people committed to:• Continuously improve - a relentless pursuit of excellence; individually and as a team. • Exceeding our promises - go beyond the extra mile.• Being Honest - we tell you the truth, always! • Synergy - we believe in working together as one team and deliver Win/Win results. • Provide a Positive Impact- safer, cleaner, happier. About You (experience, skills, knowledge, personality): • 5+ years in fast paced administrative, customer service, or similar role.• Motivated and driven to continuously improve.• Strong organisational and time management skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Strong willingness to learn and not afraid to ask for help.• Creative thinker with ability to problem solve.• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.• Eager to assist with various tasks across different departments and follow management directives that are required for the success of the company.• Capable of conducting market research using programs such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Google, BCI, etc.• High competency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).• High competency using ERP systems (Netsuite).• Interested in marketing or holds entry-level marketing experience.• Experience using digital marketing tools for social media management, content creation, website management, and paid advertising is desirable but not essential.• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, and DC Acrobat Reader is desirable but not essential. )
