This integrated model offers a more cost-effective solution than traditional methods, providing our clients with innovative, always-on support tailored to their needs.The RoleWe are seeking a Certificate III Refrigeration and Air Conditioning HVAC Install Technician to join our busy and growing WA team.Your duties will involve the installation and commissioning of various commercial and retail air-conditioning and refrigeration plant and equipment.Good experience across the above-mentioned AC Installations work with minor ductwork installation experience, and strong communication skills are essential competencies required for this role.
The most suitable candidate will possess the ability and willingness to undertake all aspects of AC systems installation and not limited to:Relevant trade experience in VRV Systems installation and commissioning to a commercial standardRelevant trade experience in split systems and ducted split systems installation and commissioning to a commercial standardA current Arctic Refrigerant Handling Licence is also requiredPreferred but not essentialRelevant trade experience in AC units installation and commissioning to a commercial standardRelevant trade experience in ductwork installation to a commercial standardThe successful candidate will possess the following:A strong knowledge of all types of AC and refrigeration systems installationKnowledge of flexible/ small scale solid duct installationAbility to work unsupervised in a team environmentEffective plans and schematic drawing interpretationReliable, self-motivated, and well presentedClear verbal and written communicationAble to liaise with clients on the condition of their plant(Cert III) Fully Licensed Refrigeration Mechanic (Cert II with relevant experience considered)Willing to undergo a police check and working with vulnerable people clearanceRelevant tickets associated with working at height and using mechanical equipmentStrong commitment to safe work practices is essentialBenefits of Working with AirmasterThe successful candidate will enjoy the benefits of working with a high performing and progressive company who enjoy an enviable reputation in the industry.
