Administration Officer Position
Working under the general direction of the Principal through the Business Manager, the Administration Officer will support the values and mission of St Mary's College. They will play a significant role in supporting the Business Manager to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of operations.
The Administration Officer will be responsible for:
* Student attendance and daily student services;
* Support with sick bay and enrolment processes;
* Student data management;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Good verbal and written communication skills;
* Ability to communicate effectively with others;
* Demonstrated experience of working effectively within teams;
* Sound organisational skills, including initiative and independence;
* Well-developed keyboarding and computer skills, including databases, spreadsheets, and word processing.
You must also meet the following qualifications:
* Current Working with Children Check WA;
* Current Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.
