We seek drivers who are passionate about safety, results-focused, and have a strong work ethic.Reporting to the Plant Manager and based in Rockhampton, you will be responsible for delivering quarry products to our internal concrete plants and external job sites.This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime and weekend work based on business needs.About the Role:Your base rate will be $33.20 per hour plus penalties (1.5 X rate after 8 hours, 2 X rate after 10 hours).All PPE and uniform is provided.Drive reliable and well-maintained equipment.Load and deliver quarry products as directed by the Quarry.Have effective communication and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers is essential.Background and Experience required:MC or HC LicenceOperated Semi and truck and dog combinations (not essential)Are results-focused, self-motivated and take pride in your work.Have a front-end loader Ticket (advantageous)Have a positive safety focus.Have a good understanding of the Transport IndustryAre willing to learn and progress within the Heidelberg Materials Transport DepartmentQuad experience will be highly regarded!At Heidelberg Materials, we understand that your well-being and professional growth are essential.
