Job description ABOUT THE COMPANY.
A Local Council based in Sydney's south, looking for a Payroll Officer to assist with the general day-to-day operation of the team's payroll function.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
Immediate start, 3-month full-time contract. Working as part of the Operations team at the Council Works depot alongside another team member.
DUTIES.
1. General reception duties including answering phone calls and managing enquiries inbox
2. Process timesheets and take meeting minutes
3. Manage office supplies inventory
4. Provide general administrative support
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
5. Minimum 2 years' experience in an administration position
6. Experience using Content Manager (TRIM) advantageous
7. High level of autonomy and sound problem solving skills
8. Prior Local Government experience preferable
