**Your Next Opportunity:**
We are seeking a Credit Risk Officer to join our team in North Ryde on a permanent basis.
As part of the Boral Shared Services team, this critical role supports Boral's Customer Onboarding processes by assessing credit applications from new and existing customers.
You will have direct working relationships with customers and sales teams to manage customer accounts and build strong relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing New Account application processes
* Reviewing and analysing applications, assessing external credit reports, customer data, and relevant documentation
* Collaborating across Credit and Sales teams to build relationships and ensure best practices and service delivery
* Managing customer risk profiles in accordance with our Credit Policy, including assessing credit limits
* Delivering exceptional customer service, meeting SLAs on new account assessment and establishment
**Requirements:**
* Client service experience in a complex organisation
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail
* Exceptional customer service delivery
* Prioritising workloads to meet deadlines and competing priorities
* Strong communication skills with customers and within a team environment
* Solid ERP system skills in Oracle, SAP, or equivalent
