As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's talent management and cultural initiatives.Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.Maintain employee records and update HR information systems.Coordinate training and development initiatives.Assist in planning and executing company culture events and activities.Provide administrative support to the hotel leadership team, including scheduling and document preparation.Help with performance management processes and documentation.Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.Assist with benefits administration and employee engagement initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.Knowledge of HR practices, procedures, and relevant employment laws.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and processes quickly.Experience with HR analytics and reporting is a plus.Candidates must hold Full Time Working rights in Australia.Additional InformationThis is an outstanding opportunity to build your career as a Talent & Culture professional.
