This role will see you lead by example and jump in to help Project Team Members to pick up tasks and get results!Benefits to you: Salary packaging – as a non-profit organisation, you can salary package up to $18,549!Free onsite parking – all sites have free onsite parking with plenty availability!Employee Assistance Program - Access confidential counselling services for personal or work-related issues!Employee Referral Program - earn bonuses for recommending friends!Discounted Services - including health insurance and gym membership!Corporate Zoo Membership - Visit Perth Zoo for free!Supportive culture - be welcomed into an organisation who provide a supportive, friendly and positive culture within all of our staffing groups!About the role: Ensuring projects are delivered to agreed standards for safety, cost, schedule, quality, scope, and meet customer and stakeholder expectations.Execute all projects according to RAAFA's Project Management Framework, Policies and Procedures.Build and coordinate effective project teams across diverse functions of the organisation to deliver required project and program outcomes.Coordinate and lead planning sessions for project development and execution and prepare project management plans that support the successful delivery and monitoring of projects.Manage staffing and other resources to maximise potential for successful execution of projects.Define project objectives and scope, identifying involvement of internal and external stakeholders.Create and maintain professional project documentation, appropriate to the scale, complexity and risk of the project and in alignment with the Project Management Framework.Monitor and report project performance and progress throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular reports to the Project Sponsor, Steering Committee and other key stakeholders.Develop and manage the scheduling of activities within the project in conjunction with key stakeholders and monitor progress.Actively participate in the development and delivery of project tasks to ensure the successful delivery of the project, including but not limited to business requirements gathering, user acceptance testing development and execution, user guide preparation.Provide support in the allocation of resources and staff across the project.In conjunction with the sponsor, system, and business owner, assist in the implementation of the project communication plans to support the successful implementation of the project.Monitor and escalate anomalies or areas of concern and work collaboratively with key stakeholders, while offering recommendations to achieve successful project delivery.Promote information sharing in managing interrelated projects to ensure coordinated successful delivery.About you: Demonstrated experience in company-wide project delivery and coordination with well-developed knowledge across various operational disciplines, processes and procedures, schedule and budget management, project administration policies and procedures, and associated methodologies and tools.Ability to lead and liaise effectively and work collaboratively, including consultation, negotiation and fostering strong, productive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.Ability to conduct analysis and forecasts to identify potential barriers, identifying options and providing recommendations.Demonstrated ability to produce and present high-quality written material including reports, briefing notes, project documentation and submissions.Ability to understand a range of technical terminology and language associated with the ICT and Operational project environment, with the ability to convert technical language and concepts into everyday language that suits the targeted audiences.Relevant tertiary qualification and/or demonstrated project management experience.Industry accreditation in project management, such as CAPM, RegPM, PMP or equivalent.Experience with project management methodologies, such as Prince2, Agile or equivalent is desirable.What you need to do: Update your resumeBe eligible to work in AustraliaSatisfactory National Police Certificate (on commencement of employment to be within six months from date of issue) or willing to obtain oneHave a National "C" Class Drivers LicenceBe up to date with your covid 19 and flu vaccinationsRAAFA WA reserves the right to withdraw, shortlist and interview applicants prior to this date. #J-18808-Ljbffr
