Job Description
You'll work as a Customer Relationship Officer, providing a seamless Branch experience by meeting customers' end-to-end banking needs. This includes exploring their needs and circumstances, and providing consumer lending and other financial solutions relevant to their lifestyle. You'll build strong relationships with new and existing customers and the wider community, actively engaging them to find the best products and services for their needs.
Your Responsibilities
* Provide solutions that meet customers' needs, achieving sales results.
* Effectively communicate with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
* Quickly learn new systems and processes.
* Have a high level of Banking Product knowledge, including Transactions Accounts, Insurance, Term Deposits, and Credit Cards.
* Experience in consumer lending and the banking and finance industry is a plus but not essential.
