As they scale internationally, they are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team and lead their B2B marketing efforts in key global markets, including Australia, North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
The Role: As the Marketing Manager, you will take the lead in executing our client's global marketing strategy during their scale-up phase.
This hands-on role will require you to manage multiple marketing channels, with a primary focus on trade shows and event coordination, while also supporting social media, PR, SEO/SEM, and other growth-driven marketing activities.
You will work closely with internal teams to execute a marketing calendar that aligns with our client's growth objectives and oversee the brand's consistency across all channels.
Your role will involve defining the overarching marketing strategy, presenting it to the CEO and Board, and ensuring successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute our client's global marketing strategy, aligning with business objectives.Manage marketing strategies for key sectors including uniforms, apparel, and health/wellness.Lead the planning and execution of global trade shows, industry events, and conferences.Oversee digital marketing efforts including website content, SEO/SEM, and social media strategy.Manage the production of high-quality marketing content (photo/video shoots).Drive brand awareness and positioning across all markets.Work cross-functionally with sales and business development teams to support marketing initiatives.Analyze and report on marketing performance, making data-driven improvements.What You Will Do: Define and present a comprehensive marketing strategy to the CEO and Board.Create and manage an annual marketing calendar for campaign execution and events.Coordinate logistics for international trade shows, ensuring readiness for sales teams.Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce compelling marketing materials.Optimize digital presence through strategic SEO and SEM initiatives.Manage relationships with key marketing and media suppliers.Monitor and manage our client's social media platforms, engaging with industry audiences.You: Experience: Proven track record in strategic marketing planning and execution, with experience in B2B marketing, brand management, event coordination, and digital marketing (SEO, SEM, paid campaigns).Skills: Strong project management, multitasking ability, and comfort with digital marketing tools such as Hubspot CRM and analytics platforms.Attributes: Proactive, hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, international growth environment.
