Join our dynamic team as a Claims Advisor at out Sippy Downs Head Office location. As a Claims Adviser, your role will be central to Youi’s reputation and relationships. You will play a crucial role in end to end service delivery of claims when our customers need us the most.
By being the point of contact for clients and all service providers, you'll utilise your exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to ensure your Youi clients have a positive and memorable claims experience.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage your own portfolio of claims
2. Help our customers in their time of need by processing their claims from start to finish
3. Problem solving on a daily basis to reach outcomes that work for both our clients and Youi
4. Be a direct point of contact for customers, service providers and Assessors to ensure the smooth processing of each claim within your portfolio
A bit about you:
5. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate information
6. Experience in administration, with high attention to detail
7. Skilled at multitasking and thriving in high-pressure environments, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
8. Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making capabilities
9. Familiarity with case or portfolio management is a plus
