When a new client is engaged with Avetta, the Implementation Project Manager manages the implementation project through to project completion. The Implementation Project Manager will be one of the major representatives of the relationship the client will have with Avetta. The Implementation Project Manager is an expert on the Avetta platform and an efficient and effective project manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Manage the end-to-end implementation for new clients and existing client expansions.
2. Drive and lead the client kick-off meeting (typically in-person).
3. Ensure that client configuration and business requirements documents are accurate, complete, and signed-off by client including user-acceptance testing.
4. Define, set, manage and meet each set of project plan goals (adhering to internal process and timelines) to ensure client & Avetta expectations including project goals, timelines, contractor on-boarding and client engagement are met.
5. Present & implement best practice workflows to the client, and appropriately respond to clients’ needs to align their internal process to the Avetta platform.
6. Personally engage, monitor and drive the contractor/supplier on-boarding process and communicate to internal and external stakeholders.
7. Understand use-case scenarios of standard configuration vs. non-standard configuration.
8. Verify internal testing of the configuration and/or developed functionality is completed.
9. Serve as subject matter expert (SME) regarding implementation processes, workflows, timelines and best practices.
10. Continually analyze and improve new and existing client implementation processes and procedures.
11. Provide product feedback (client requirements, product shortcomings, enhancements, etc.) to product management.
12. Maintain and improve all Avetta implementation project resource documents.
13. Provide mentoring and coaching for other Implementation Project Managers and assist with training of new team members.

24. Ability to identify, engage and manage necessary resources (including personnel & fiduciary).
Minimum Qualifications
25. Prefer a bachelor’s degree in a technical related field of study
26. Project Management Professional or similar certification preferred
27. Equivalent experience may be accepted
28. Must have 3+ years of project management experience within software/SaaS industries
29. MS Project, Jira or equivalent project management software experience required
