This role includes revenue and operational responsibilities for Sales, Pre-Sales, Support, Customer Success, and Services for all customers in the APAC Region.
As we transition from a founder-led organisation to a truly global entity, this role is critical in establishing the right discipline, rigour, and rhythm for the business now and into the future.
This is a true partnership role with the CEO, the leadership team, and the Avolution ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesDeliver all Sales revenue in the APAC region including Subscription, Services, and Support RevenuePassionately connected to the company's goals of revenue growth, profitability and organisational scalabilityKPIs will include Revenue attainment, # New logos, % Renewals, % Expansion, Customer Satisfaction, CoS, Usage, Customer Lifetime Value, ACV, Pipeline, Conversion Rate, Average deal size, Customer retentionDevelop and execute a multi-year growth strategyDrive the right impact from Marketing – programs, events and lead generationDevelop and drive the right partner ecosystemDrive the discipline, rigour and rhythm of the business in the regionBuild a great team.
