The Opportunity
We are seeking two Senior Functional Analysts who will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of enhancement projects with major impact. By applying a holistic approach and confident decision-making, you will ensure that all configurations and parameters affecting the University's Student Management System Transformation Project (SMST) are considered throughout the project lifecycle. As a key liaison between the Development team and the Architects, you will facilitate seamless communication and collaboration.
In this role, you will provide business analysis expertise to configure and extend the new student management platform across various university functions during the current two-year phase of the SMST Project.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide business analysis expertise for the configuration and extension of the student management platform.
2. Ensure all configurations and parameters affecting the SMST are considered throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Act as a liaison between the Development team and Architects to facilitate communication and collaboration.
About You
As the successful candidate, you will have specialist expertise in learning systems, with experience in configuration within schools or universities. Skilled in software development, requirements analysis, and system integration, you excel in process modeling and problem diagnosis. Your strong communication and relationship management skills enable you to engage and influence stakeholders effectively. With experience across multiple development methodologies, you are proficient in system administration and configuration in technologies like Banner/Degreeworks with Oracle databases.
