We seek an experienced and customer-focused Medical Receptionist for our Hyperdome Medical Centre. Reporting to an experienced and supportive Practice Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, handling inquiries, and supporting our doctors and staff with administrative tasks. Responsibilities: Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations Verify patient information accurately using Best Practice software Handle phone calls, inquiries, and relay messages promptly and accurately Support doctors and staff members with administration tasks Process billing and payments in line with business requirements Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with privacy regulations Update medical documentation as necessary Resolve patient concerns effectively while providing exceptional customer service Selection Criteria: Previous experience in a medical centre is essential Experience working with Best Practice software is preferred Excellent communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Don't miss this opportunity - apply today!
