This opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager for Commercial Marketing, this role will contribute to the ongoing success of TPG Telecom by optimising the investment of the annual Marketing Budget for all TPG Telecom Brands (excluding felix). This will be supported by a focus on Marketing Return on Investment (MROI), budget planning, reporting, and ongoing management of the annual marketing budget.

1. Marketing Budget Planning: By working closely with the Brand and Media Heads of this role will ensure that marketing spend is allocated optimally and plan as well as make recommendations on marketing opex budget annually and ongoing
2. Marketing Return on Investment (MROI): Have a deep understanding of all TPG Telecoms products down to a volume, revenue profitability level, specifically Customer Lifetime Value in order to inform Return on Media Investment
3. Media Mix Modelling: Own the TPG Telecom Media Mix Modelling (MMM) tool. With MMM and a MROI mindset - you will take a granular approach to marketing spend allocation by brand, product, geographic area, and by media channel. This granular approach will ensure TPG Telecom Marketing spend is optimised across all products and brands.
4. Marketing Post Analysis: Across all layers of the marketing mix including (but not limited to) TV and Radio, Digital, Direct Mail, and In Store BTL, be the key contact to support the Marketing team on all campaign post analysis work.
5. Marketing Reporting Rhythms: Build, maintain, and own Marketing Weekly and Monthly reporting rhythms that support, not only the marketing team, but the wider Consumer Team including Sales, Product and CLM. This includes “Weekly Pulse Meetings,” as well as monthly reporting.
