Warehouse Team Leader (Loan Kits/Medical) - SA Opportunity for an experienced Logistics/Warehousing leader to join our rapidly growing, global sports medicine & orthopaedics company.
This role will ideally suit those who already have management/leadership experience.

Some example responsibilities (but not limited to):
Rostering: responsible for day-to-day workload management across team Point of contact for WH&S at site Activity reporting Training on Arthrex systems and processes Govern warehouse policies for compliance About the Requirements Relevant people leadership experience &/or capability is highly regarded Relevant medical device loan kits or warehousing experience (orthopaedic reverse logistics supply chain is desirable) Can capably articulate the loan kit / reverse logistics supply chain process Flexibly able to lead urgent supply to customers after-hours (7pm - 7am), or on weekends and as required Excellent and proven interpersonal and communication skills IT skills intermediate or above e.g.
SAP (desirable), Excel, Word, Outlook Ability to work in this fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and requests Attention to detail and be able to work under pressure and short timelines Strong work ethic and accountability Excellent analytical abilities Ability to work well within a group environment Relevant qualifications would be highly considered About Arthrex Arthrex is a global medical device company and leader in new product development and medical education in Orthopaedics.
