The Opportunity:
Delaware North Australia are now looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Customer Development Executive to enhance our customer engagement efforts at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin.
Reporting to the Executive Manager Gaming, this role focuses on growing our domestic VIP customer base and increasing visitation to our fantastic property. With roles based remotely in both Sydney & Melbourne, we are looking for self-starters who love to take the initiative.
Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing initiatives and conduct telemarketing to boost visitation from existing and potential domestic VIP patrons.Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise the calendar of events and functions through engaging personal contact and direct mail offers.Support the Lucky North loyalty program with introducing new patrons as well as promoting tier movement with existing patrons.Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.Utilise customer satisfaction and sales metrics to review and adjust strategies that drive customer growth.Ensure customer development practices adhere and comply with company policies and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.What will you bring?Demonstrated casino marketing or sales experience desirable.Knowledge of the casino market and relevant gaming compliance and legislation.Experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the hospitality industry, ideally in an executive host function.Experience within an integrated resort environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.About us:Mindil Beach Casino Resort is the leading entertainment destination in the Northern Territory, offering over 600 gaming machines, exciting table games, and diverse dining options.
