About the Role
* Plan, supervise, and monitor food production for retail catering, functions, and events.
* Maintain effective customer and client relationships.
* Responsible for stock control, budgets, rostering, mentoring & training both FOH and BOH staff.
* Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
* Ensure contract compliance is met through an understanding of the scope of work required.
* Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS.
About You
* Experienced Chef Manager with a Minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery.
* Experienced in cafe style retail and functions catering.
* Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety.
* Able to work Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend function or event.
* A basic understanding of food + labour costs & proficiency in applications of Microsoft 365.
* Strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to lead and mentor teams both back and front of house.
