You could be one of our 2700 committed team members who are up to the challenge.About the RoleJoin us as a Document Controller and play a key role in enhancing the rail network. In this position, you will manage formal documents and reports for Network Development, Assets, and Maintenance (NDAM) and ensure alignment with the V/Line Integrated Management System (IMS) and other document management systems.Key Accountabilities:Coordinate internal and external work groups, facilitate planning and interface meetings, and negotiate access and integration with various work groups.Familiarise with V/Line’s Document Management Systems and standards, collaborating with NDAM stakeholders for document review and approval, and advising on document format and design.Identify and implement procedural improvements, managing and issuing document numbers for controlled documents.Maintain document filing and metadata in the IMS.Internal document control through formatting and proofreading and ensure best practices and continuous improvement in the administration of NDAM formal documents.About YouYou’re a passionate individual eager to launch your career in the rail industry!
