Who we are looking for The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years B2B SaaS experience in a business development management (sales) role. You will be responsible for finding and converting new business from mid-sized to large enterprise accounts in both local and global markets. This will suit proactive, self-motivated BDMs who aren't afraid to get on the phone, book meetings, and convert opportunities into revenue (and commission). You'll be supported by an experienced team who are here to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will be an integral part of the We Brand growth team, responsible for:Meeting and exceeding sales quotasFinding new opportunities and converting these into salesExecuting daily outbound activities including cold calls, email and socialLeveraging our CRM and prospecting data tools to connect with prospectsWorking with marketing to execute campaigns and convert marketing leads What you'll bring Proven track record of success in sales and business development, using solution selling techniques, preferably within the B2B SaaS spaceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of an organisationStrong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detailStrong negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesDemonstrated experience in finding and converting new business opportunities in mid to large-sized organisationsProficient in preparing and delivering compelling sales presentationsFamiliarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systemsSelf-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Qualifications The ideal candidate will have:3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experienceProven ability to exceed sales targets and grow revenueStrong understanding of B2B sales processes and CRM systemsExcellent communication and presentation skillsExperience in the martech space/selling to marketing people an advantage What We Offer - Competitive base salary plus uncapped OTE - Equity component- Collaborative and innovative work environment- Based in our Gold Coast office.If you're a passionate B2B SaaS salesperson we want to hear from you!
