Successful and growing national retailer with large format stores: Dynamic and passionate team environmentSydney head office with hybrid working on offerTop packageFlat organisational structureParking on offerReporting directly to the founder/CEO key areas of responsibility include: Financial strategy and leadershipFinancial control and complianceCash flow and treasury managementOperational and commercial supportTechnology, systems and process improvementLeading and mentoring the finance teamTo be successful, you will demonstrate: Minimum of 5+ years of relevant financial leadership experience ideally in a retail environment.Strong knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, and compliance requirements.Experience in treasury management, financial modelling, and risk assessment.Proven ability to implement and enhance financial systems and reporting structures.Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented approach.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), accounting software, and financial forecasting tools.If you have a proven track record in the above and enjoy a fast paced and collaborative culture then this is the role for you!
