We are looking for a technology lawyer to join the Office of General Counsel (OGC) in the Client Contracting - Technology team. As a member of the team, you will be a technology contracting enthusiast with experience in a range of technology transactions. You will help shape new business offerings, provide legal advice relating to contracting with our clients and working with other firms in the PwC Network including in connection with global contracts, clients and solutions.

As a lawyer in the OGC Client Contracting team, your impact will be seen by:
Providing trusted and sensible advice on technology client contracting matters
Providing oral and written legal advice to stakeholders on a range of technology client contracting matters
Undertaking legal analysis and providing clear, plain English advice to management on commercial arrangements and legal obligations
Drafting contract documents such as Master/Umbrella/Framework Services Agreements, Technology-specific Services Agreements, Subcontract Agreement, License Agreements, Reseller Agreements, Service Schedules/Modules, and Statements of Work/Order Documents. ?
Developing practice innovation to improve how the team delivers legal services to our clients
Delivering training/presentations?
Monitoring legal and regulatory changes, and developing flexible, creative and innovative solutions to business problems??
Working closely with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization and particularly with PwC's risk and compliance teams
Following escalation protocols and pathways and consulting senior lawyers as required
Providing focused and pragmatic solutions to address legal risk and business problems?
More About You:
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 4yrs PQE with a technology law background.
Post-admission experience in the area of technology contracting, data and IP, ideally with some private practice experience. In-house experience/secondment to a technology service provider/customer would be beneficial?
Experience and confidence in dealing with and assisting stakeholders (both in written and verbal communications), including an ability to draft clear and precise legal documents and communications
Strong technical knowledge in one or more areas of commercial contracting including technology
Experience working within teams of lawyers and supporting and consulting senior lawyers?
Excellent interpersonal and commercial skills, as well as an ability to build relationships and influence with impact?
The ability to identify and consider critical and key issues, assess and articulate legal risks (including likelihood and impact) so the business can make informed, risk-based commercial decisions?
The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and projects?
Has a genuine interest in improving practice innovation and digitisation.
