ICT Account Manager
We are seeking a skilled ICT Account Manager to join our WA team.
As an ICT Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales of computer hardware, software, and services to existing account clients, identifying further sales opportunities within these accounts, building new account clients, managing customer satisfaction and retention, and coordinating the preparation and presentation of ICT sales proposals and tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Compiles lists of prospective client businesses using trade directories and other sources.
* Acquires and updates knowledge of employer's and competitors' goods and services, and market conditions.
* Follows up with clients to ensure satisfaction with ICT goods and services purchased, arranges modifications, and resolves any problems that arise.
* Develops and maintains key accounts and portfolio plans.
* Acquires and updates knowledge of ICT goods, services, and market conditions to differentiate from competition and maximize business opportunities.
* Engages with clients to understand their requirements and explain the ICT goods and services that meet their needs.
* Engages with existing and prospective clients to promote relevant ICT goods and services.
* Coordinates the preparation and presentation of ICT sales reports, proposals, and tenders.
You will be required to have 2+ years' experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $87,500.00 - $107,500.00 + Superannuation. This is a full-time position.
