There has never been a more exciting time to join our team as we set out to redefine the retail landscape in Australia.The Opportunity Reporting to the Head of HR & IR Advisory, you will play a key role in the ER space supporting our team nationally based out of Adelaide. You will work closely with the Operations Team and will be involved in coaching and supporting in all ER related matters.Key Responsibilities Partner with retail business leaders to identify HR priorities and develop solutions that support business goals.Act as the first point of contact for HR issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees on a variety of HR topics.Support talent acquisition efforts by partnering with hiring managers and recruitment partners to ensure we have the right people with the right skills at the right time to serve our guests.Provide coaching and support to managers on employee relations issues, ensuring that employees are treated fairly and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Develop and implement performance management programs that drive employee engagement and development.Work with the HR team to design and implement processes and standards that are aligned with the company objectives.Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement and develop recommendations to address these areas.What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or advisory role.Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.If you're ready to dive in and contribute to taking our HR team to the next level, 'Apply Now' #J-18808-Ljbffr
