About the role
Federation TAFE is home to vocational education and training delivered by Federation University Australia offering a broad range of quality education and training programs, reflecting state and national priorities addressing the training needs of individuals and industry.
You will provide administrative support to Federation TAFE programs supporting the student lifecycle, including providing information to staff, internal/external stakeholders and both current and prospective students.
You will:
1. provide reception services across Federation TAFE and Commercial activities;
2. maintain student data and ensure records are collected and maintained in accordance with policies, procedures and guidelines; and
3. actively contribute to the student experience and operation of Federation TAFE.

About you
You will have experience in providing effective and efficient administrative support and reception services as well as demonstrated problem solving, organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise work demands and meet conflicting deadlines in a busy office environment.
You will possess:
4. demonstrated word processing and Microsoft Office software skills;
5. experience using student management systems such as Campus Solutions;
6. knowledge of finance systems and room booking systems; and
7. excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
